This tire really stands out from the competition. It was ranked #2 right behind the Michelin Defender out of the 22 tires tested in its class.
The Precision Touring tire gives great traction and a comfortable ride. It has a tread design that ensures confidence on the road with solid grip around corners. The sipes (small grooves in the tread) are designed to give a very noticeable smooth and quiet ride. You can see a detailed view by clicking on the image to the left. This tire performed amazingly well in tests for hydroplaning resistance and wet traction. It also performed very well in snow as compared to other all season tires. (If you are driving in snow and ice regularly you will want to get a full blown winter / snow tire.) Pros: Great wet and dry traction as well as steering response Cons: A little bit more noise on the road compared to similar tires Conclusion: This is a highly recommended All Season tire with solid scores all around. It is reasonably priced for this category and the quality of the tire. Prices range from about $80 per tire to $140 per tire depending on the size. In a separate survey conducted by Best Tire Review, 8.3 out of 10 people said they would purchase these tires again. Tire Sizes
